From selling floors to putting them down
I started out on the sales side of flooring, sitting down with people and talking them through coatings, colors and what each one costs to live with. After a while I wanted to be the one putting the floor down, so I moved into the work and learned it on the job next to experienced installers. In 2023 I started Fieldstone Pinecrest Concrete Coatings here in Pinecrest, and we've become best known for garage and epoxy floors and for being straight about what a slab can really take.
Most of our calls come from homeowners in Pinecrest and the cities around it in Miami-Dade County, plus a good number of shop and business owners. I spent enough time in sales to know how easy it is to promise a showroom floor. I'd rather explain the prep and the tradeoffs up front than have your floor let you down a year later.

We check with the city or county office that covers your address on whether your job needs a permit. If it does, we handle our side of the paperwork and walk you through the part you sign, and we're licensed and fully insured.
