Who this policy covers
Fieldstone Pinecrest Concrete Coatings is a flooring contractor in Pinecrest, FL, and this policy explains what we do with the information you share when you visit our website, fill out a form, call us or email us.
It applies to every page on our site, starting with our home page. If you'd like to know more about who we are before reaching out, our about page has that.
We last updated this policy in November 2026.
What information we collect
When you ask for an estimate or send us a message through a form, we collect what you type in, usually your name, phone number, email address, the address of the property and a description of the floor or project.
When you call or email us, we keep a record of the conversation details we need to follow up, such as your contact information and what you asked about.
When you browse the site, analytics tools collect general information automatically, like the pages you visit, how long you stay, the type of device and browser you use and roughly where you're located based on your internet connection. This information doesn't tell us your name.
We don't ask for payment card numbers, Social Security numbers or other sensitive financial details through this website.
How we use cookies and analytics
Cookies are small files your browser stores so a website can remember things between visits. We and the tools we use rely on them to keep the site working and to see which pages are useful and which aren't, so we can improve them.
You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings at any time. The site will still work, though some features, like a form remembering what you entered, may not.
How we use your information
We use your contact details to answer your question, schedule an estimate, prepare a quote and do the work you hire us for.
We may also contact you afterward about your job, such as to follow up on a coating or answer a question about care. We don't add you to a marketing list unless you ask us to.
We use analytics information only in summary form, to understand how people find and use our site.
Who we share it with
We don't sell or rent your personal information to anyone.
We share it only with the services that help us run the business, such as the provider that hosts our contact form, our website host and our analytics tools, and only so they can do that job for us. We may also share information if the law requires it or to protect our rights in a dispute.
How long we keep it
We keep estimate requests and job records for as long as we need them to serve you, honor our satisfaction guarantee and meet our tax and business recordkeeping obligations.
Messages that never turn into a job are deleted once they're no longer useful to us. Analytics data is kept in summary form and isn't tied to your name.
Your choices and rights
You can ask us to tell you what personal information we hold about you, correct it if it's wrong or delete it if we no longer need it for a job or a legal reason.
You can also ask us to stop contacting you at any time, and we'll do that. We'll answer requests like these within 1 business day of receiving them and let you know if anything takes longer.
How we protect your information
We limit access to your information to the people who need it to handle your job, and we use reputable providers for our forms and website.
No website or email system is completely secure, so please don't send sensitive details like bank or card numbers through our forms or by email.
Children's privacy
Our site is meant for homeowners and business owners, not children. We don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 13, and if we learn we have, we'll delete it.
How to raise a privacy concern
If you have a question about this policy or want to make a request about your information, call us at (786) 435-0197 or reach us through our contact page.
If we change how we handle information, we'll update this page and the date at the top, so it's worth checking back from time to time.
